Shocking upset (for 2023): Kentucky 38, #10 Louisville 31

In what counts as a stunning upset for late 2023, #10 Louisville lost to Kentucky 38-31, ending their College Football Playoff hopes which prior to the game we had pegged at 0.2% or 1 in 500.

There have been so few upsets down the home stretch of the 2023 season that this one is one of the two biggest so far. In fact, it's one of only two upsets total. The last was former #9 Oklahoma losing to Oklahoma State in week 11.

Will there be more? Still left to play are #1 Georgia, #4 Washington, #5 Florida State, and #8 Alabama. Georgia is a 24 point favorite over Georgia Tech, Washington is a 15 point favorite vs. Washington State, Alabama is favored over Auburn by 13.5, while FSU is just -6.5 vs. Florida.
