Who is the overall top seed? Houston no longer a shoo-in

In addition to the debate over who deserves the fourth 1-seed, we now need to have a talk about the overall top seed.

According to the Dance Chance, Houston was pulling away from Purdue and UConn, who were essentially tied for 2nd place.

Then Purdue lost, taking themselves out of the mix.

Then Houston lost—and not just lost, but lost by 27 points.

With UConn's win over Marquette, do they pass Houston?

In real life (i.e. the Committee), UConn probably takes it. In our Dance Chance formula, it gets really close but Houston still gets the nod. Purdue will be #3 on the S-curve in both situations.
